Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of employees focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure, end user support, network, etc.
• Drive improvements for options and content of self-help.
• Identify innovations to improve support for end users.
• Identify recurring issues and highlight to service owner; help find opportunities to reduce end user issues.
• Identify opportunities to send tickets to the appropriate queue at creation.
• Work globally to ensure consistency and acceptance for their respective region.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve support tools.
• Participate in budgeting process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.
• Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.
• Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.
• Knowledge of network architecture, servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency in security protocols, threat detection, risk management, and compliance standards to protect digital assets.
• Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud architecture, and cloud services management.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other enterprise applications.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide support, and ensure system reliability and performance.
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Familiarity with methodologies like Agile and Scrum can be beneficial.
• Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Capability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure the security and reliability of digital operations.
• Ability to understand and meet the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement, staying updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ IT / Electronic & Communication ( Technology, Engineering ) with advanced experience with minimum years of experience 6+ years.

Preferred Qualifications:
