We are looking for a Site Representative for one of our clients with the following details:

Start date: 01 March 2026

Location: Fabrication Yard in China (TBC but most probably Nantong or Tianjin)

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Status: Residential, 6 days per week

Priority given to Chinese nationals, then candidates who can speak Chinese (i.e Malaysian, Singaporean…), then expats already living in China

Qualification and Experience required:

• Mandatory experience in a similar position with proven records: 15 Years
• Degree: Bachelor's degree in engineering and construction, or equivalent
• Project management skills (Budget/Cost/Schedule)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge in construction activities: engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, SIMOPS
• Good knowledge and understanding of contract management
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment
• Language: English as mother tongue or Fluent in English (speaking and writing), Fluent in Chinese is a plus.

Activities:

The job holder shall have the skills defined in this document, and specifically for this given position, the job holder is responsible to:

• Ensure that the site activities are effectively managed and the Subcontractors perform their construction works in accordance with the project plans, specifications and Company/TEPRH's requirements.
• Ensure that an efficient management of the Construction interfaces between the various GMP worksites, other TEPRH parties, and external parties is in place.
• Provide oversight of EPC Contractors performance/productivity including Health and Safety, Environmental, Community Relations, Quality assurance, Schedule including measurable items to the GPP Management Team and affiliate as necessary with regards to Construction activities.
• Assist in trouble shooting the resolution and escalation of Construction problems/issues on Site including to technical and logistic matters whenever required.
• Ensure that good relationships with local Communities are in place and maintained.
• Ensure proper reporting, highlight the critical issues to the Project Management and submit remedial actions
• Escalate, as necessary, site issues to the Module Construction Manager and GPP Package Manager.

Among his/her activities, the job holder is required to:

• Organize regular Construction coordination meetings with the GPP management team as well as with the Contractor to ensure the safe and efficient execution of the sites' activities.
• Participate as necessary to Construction / site meetings with EPC Contractor/Subcontractors.
• Participate as Company Representative in the regular HSSE meetings & Safety Tours.
• Contribute / Participate in the Project reporting activities, representing construction activities at Project Management level
