MBO+/HBO Internship Assignment Mechanical Engineering / Engineering (work placement)

The Assignment

Do you want to apply your technical knowledge in an innovative environment where standardization and customization come together? Within our engineering department, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving our 3D library of configurable building blocks.

Your assignment focuses on further developing the building blocks used in our in-line air chilling solutions. You will gather data from various sources and combine this into a smart 3D building block suitable for configure-to-order system designs. To achieve this, you will work with Autodesk Inventor, including Factory Design Utilities and iLogic.

These building blocks are used by more than 120 engineers worldwide. Your contribution will enable scalable and efficient 3D factory designs and ensure reliable, high-quality solutions for our customers.

The Department

You will join our engineering department, where we work on innovative solutions for customers across the globe. Together with colleagues from different disciplines, you will learn how we combine standardization with flexibility to meet unique customer needs.

Who are you?

• You are pursuing an MBO level 4 or HBO degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, engineering, or a similar technical field
• You are in your 3rd or 4th year of study
• You are curious, hands-on, and have an affinity with 3D CAD design
• You live within commuting distance of Boxmeer
