As a senior member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers Develop and implement design solutions to meet project requirements Conduct engineering analysis and calculations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Conduct site visits and inspections as required Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering Proven track record of leading and managing engineering projects Strong technical skills in mechanical design and analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
