Project Engineer (Commissioning & Qualification)
Brief description of the role
Responsible for ensuring the qualification activities for equipment, facilities, utilities (next indicated systems) according to the regulatory guideline, corporate policy and Site procedure for commissioning and qualification, to guarantee the qualified status and the maintenance of the qualified status throughout the systems lifecycle. He/She holds oversight authority over the qualification process, being responsible for the approval of strategy documentation and reports and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements as defined in Annex 15 of EudraLex Volume 4.

Project Engineer (Commissioning & Qualification)
Brief description of the role

Key responsibilities
- Supervises qualification/requalification activities according to the SVMP
- Participates in alignment meetings on the status of managed activities
- Supervises and/or coordinates any improvement projects in the specialist area
- Responsible for the qualified status of GMP systems at the facility
- Holds oversight authority over the qualification process, being responsible for the approval of strategy documentation and reports and ensuring compliance with GMP requirements as defined in Annex 15 of EudraLex Volume 4
- Responsible for interaction with various business functions for the organization of field activities and management of documentation
- Manages the company spending budget
- Supervises the status of qualification documentation and maintain an updated electronic archive related to the documentation available
- Coordinates and is responsible for the results of the qualification team composed of internal technicians and/or consultants
- Is responsible for the status of updating procedures and SOPs in their area of expertise based on updates to the company's policies or regulatory standards
- Supervises and coordinates internal and/or external resources to achieve specific assigned results
- Participates in internal and external auditing activities as well as in interviews with auditors
- Responsible for communicating non-compliance found in documentation and processes
- Responsible for improving qualification documentation management processes
- Participates in projects to implement new structures suitable for improving business flow
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor degree of Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field (Quality, Production, Engineering or Technical)
- Comprehensive knowledge of validation lifecycles for systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of GxP standards
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly results oriented; ability to problem solving.
- Excellent relationship and people skills
- Strongly Developed communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to function within an independent and multifunctional team
- Good technical writing and verbal communication skills in English
