Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager - MEP Mechanical Engineer - Residential to lead mechanical engineering initiatives specifically within residential projects. This unique role combines technical expertise with leadership to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and efficient mechanical systems designed for residential communities.

As the Senior Manager in this position, you will oversee all aspects of mechanical engineering for residential developments, focusing on HVAC, plumbing, and water systems. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of mechanical systems for residential projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical design processes from concept through to construction, including detailed design, shop drawing approval, and installation oversight.
• Guide and mentor the engineering team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on MEP systems for residential projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in the design and management of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems specific to residential buildings.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing engineering teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of local construction codes, regulations, and industry practices relevant to residential mechanical engineering.
