Senior Electrical Engineer - Data Centers Hybrid out of any of our client's U.S. regional offices Compensation: $160K-$180K base salary + bonus About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineer to lead design and delivery for data center projects across North America. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology infrastructure. You will join a dynamic team specializing in data center facility planning, design, engineering, and construction services. The role involves client-facing responsibilities, technical leadership, and mentoring early-career professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering deliverables for design-only, design-build, and construction projects in the data center sector. Serve as a subject matter expert in data center design, including redundancy and resiliency considerations. Mentor and develop junior engineers. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects. Engage in client-facing activities, including business development, scope definition, and site visits. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and quality programs. Prepare and review complex engineering calculations, designs, and technical recommendations. Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing. Support continuous improvement and risk management initiatives. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program or equivalent experience. 10+ years of relevant work experience. Active Professional Engineer (PE) license. Previous experience leading data center design projects and knowledge of tier rating systems. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, and related tools. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
