Process (Manufacturing) Engineer - Airbus Single Aisle Programme

Location: Broughton
Contract: Inside IR35

Join the manufacturing team at Airbus Broughton and play a key role in industrialising modifications for Single Aisle aircraft. You will be supporting both mechanical and electrical systems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you'll do:

• Transform design intent into technical instructions and manufacturing data.
• Deliver work prep for production: routings, BOMs, SOIs, STV calculations.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
• Provide hands-on support to shop floor, supply chain, and assembly lines.

What you'll bring:

• Strong knowledge of lean principles and SAP.
• Expertise in aircraft production and manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to work from first principles and make informed technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
