職務内容

本ポジションでは、比較的小規模で複雑性の低いプロジェクトの遂行をリードしていただきます。日々の業務において、すべての関連活動が手順・規程・標準・仕様・目標に沿って実行されるよう管理します。

また、基本的なプロジェクトスケジュール管理手法を用いて、スケジュールリスクを事前に把握し、プロアクティブに対応していただきます。

本ポジションはハイブリッド勤務です。
本職種は、日本におけるエレクトリフィケーション事業に貢献します。

主な職務内容

• 受注後のキックオフミーティングにおいて技術サポートを提供し、要件と実行の整合性を確保
• データセンターや大規模施設などのインフラプロジェクトにおいて、電気・配電製品に関する技術ソリューションを提供
• ステークホルダーと連携しながら仕様統合をリードし、技術要件の明確化および社内外関係者との整合性を確保
• 社内外の主要窓口として対応
• 社内:海外の製造・エンジニアリングチーム
• 社外:建設関連パートナー、施工会社、サブコン
• 大規模プロジェクトを中心に担当しながら、再生可能エネルギー関連プロジェクトにも幅広く関与します。

応募資格

• 高専卒以上(工学系)
• 電気業界における3～5年以上の技術知識および実務経験
• 日本語:JLPT N1相当以上
• 革新志向、オーナーシップ、継続的改善を推進する姿勢

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Electrification in Japan.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Provide technical support during post-order project kick-off meetings, ensuring smooth alignment between requirements and execution.
• Deliver technical solutions related to electrical and power distribution products for infrastructure projects, including data centers and other large-scale facilities.
• Lead specification integration by coordinating with various stakeholders, clarifying technical requirements, and ensuring alignment between internal teams, external suppliers, and on-site installation partners.
• Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Internal stakeholders include overseas manufacturing and engineering teams, while external stakeholders include construction-related partners and subcontractors involved in project execution.
• Work primarily on large-scale projects, which account for the majority of the portfolio, alongside involvement in renewable energy-related projects as part of a diversified project mix.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum of a technical college degree (engineering-related)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of technical knowledge and experience in the electrical industry
• Japanese JLPT N1 level or above in Japanese language
• A mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement
