JOB OVERVIEW
An international energy operator is seeking an experienced Project Services and Site Administration Coordinator to support major capital projects at a large industrial site in Qatar. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the project site by coordinating administration, logistics, facilities, and support services.
Working in a fast-paced project environment, you will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and support functions to ensure site operations run efficiently and professionally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate site administration services including office support, mail routing, and secretarial services.

Manage conference planning, travel coordination, and liaison with general services and travel teams.

Support procurement, control, and distribution of office materials and supplies.

Act as interface for telecommunications, security systems, and site access control.

Coordinate vehicle fleet usage, parking, and building maintenance with relevant stakeholders.

Support project teams during contractor site mobilisation activities.

Arrange office facilities maintenance, repairs, and servicing of equipment and vehicles.

Coordinate staff mobilisation to site, office moves, and visitor office assignments.

Arrange site access passes, IDs, and permits for staff and visitors.

Organise onsite and offsite events including team activities, ceremonies, and secure work areas.

Maintain asset registers for IT equipment, communications devices, and related assets.

Ensure all activities comply with safety, health, environmental, quality, and compliance requirements.
KEY CHALLENGES

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in a relevant discipline, or a minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role.

At least 5 years relevant experience within the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry.

Experience working in both project and operating environments is preferred.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
