Description:
We are looking for an experienced Subsea HSE Supervisor to join a major offshore development project during its execution phase. The role involves supervising EPC subcontractor HSE activities on worksites to ensure compliance with project HSE objectives, safety standards, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with the Project HSE Management System on site.
• Monitor subcontractor HSE performance and enforce contractual commitments.
• Oversee HSE training and competency requirements for site personnel.
• Participate in audits, HSE committees, and risk assessments.
• Track HSE KPIs, incidents, and anomalies, ensuring timely reporting.
• Promote safety culture and ethics across all levels of the project team.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in a similar HSE supervisory role.
• Experience in facilities/yard supervision.
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate strong communication and cross-cultural skills.
