Process Engineer

Your Role

As a Process Engineer, you will:

• Monitor and analyze the daily performance of our automated logistics system.
• Investigate root causes of system inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with PLC programmers, Control Room, Production, and Technical Services.
• Support the Continuous Improvement Manager with optimization strategies.
• Based on multiple data sources, you look for different root causes within the production system and solve problems.
• Assist with system recovery (Server Failover / Database Recovery).
• Provide hands-on support for IT, inventory, scanning, RF, and routing issues.

Who We're Looking For

• Problem solver with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, or Technology.
• 1+ year experience in production, intralogistics, or automotive industries.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical & technical skills, attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written), knowledge of Dutch is a pre.
