ROLE: Shift Electrical Engineer
HOURS: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) - 4 days 7am-7pm, 4 days off, 4 nights 7pm-7am, 4 days off

We're looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer who will maintain plant and equipment, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality service within a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain plant and equipment associated with the building's mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete both planned and reactive works efficiently and in line with contract and legal requirements.
• Deliver a high-quality service and uphold strong safety standards.
• Manage workload effectively, prioritising tasks appropriately and completing documentation accurately and on time.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and Health & Safety requirements, including participation in training and appraisals.

Required Qualifications:

• Qualified engineering background - C&G 2392 or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Proactive, self-motivated individual with strong safety awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM systems.
• Inquisitive and challenging mindset with the ability to work within a rotating shift pattern.
