You will work closely with customers to ensure optimal performance, drive service excellence, and foster long-term relationships.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Perform start-up, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repair activities for Emerson Analytical Systems and associated products, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Provide advanced technical support for maintenance and upgrades of systems such as Fire & Gas Detectors, Liquid Analysers, Combustion Analysers, Continuous Gas Analysers, Cascade, CEMS, Process Gas Chromatographs, and Measurement Products.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify upgrade opportunities and consulting solutions.
- Implement field modifications and upgrades independently or under project supervision.
- Mentor and coach Field Service Engineers, deliver training, and support escalated service issues.
- Develop and execute business plans and strategies to achieve service growth and customer satisfaction.
- Manage LTSA planning and execution in line with contractual agreements.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and expand service opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with Emerson business processes and safety standards.

- Ensure all agreed metrics are measured and analysed, and take actions to meet and exceed KPIs, achieving Perfect Execution standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation, implementing related actions.
- Ensure Emerson business processes are consistently applied and optimised.
- Standardise and maximise the use of business tools to increase efficiency.
- Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by your line manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A qualified engineering degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical knowledge of analytical systems and service practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- 8-10 years of hands-on service experience in a process control environment, with expertise in commissioning, start-up, repair, and servicing of Emerson Analytical products/systems or similar competitor systems.
- Proven experience in field installation of MSOL Analytical products and systems, with sound knowledge of service techniques, tools, and procedures.
- Excellent organisational skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
