This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing advanced work on low- and medium-voltage drives both domestically and internationally. These tasks include inspections, commissioning, programming, parameterization, supervision of drive installations, and troubleshooting operational issues using the latest diagnostic methods available in Industry 4.0 (Augmented Reality, Remote Support, ABB Ability® etc.). All work will be carried out in compliance with the highest safety standards.

Your role and responsibilities
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing advanced work on low- and medium-voltage drives both domestically and internationally. These tasks include inspections, commissioning, programming, parameterization, supervision of drive installations, and troubleshooting operational issues using the latest diagnostic methods available in Industry 4.0 (Augmented Reality, Remote Support, ABB Ability® etc.). All work will be carried out in compliance with the highest safety standards.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Performing service work on low- and medium-voltage drives and traction equipment
- Diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Programming devices for applications such as fans, pumps, and more advanced systems like cranes, conveyors, and winders
- Providing remote customer support
- Collaborating on improving the quality of service offerings
- Preparing regular reports on completed work
- Providing technical support to Service Sales Specialists
Qualifications for the role
- Higher technical education (preferred fields: Automation, Robotics, Electronics)
- Knowledge of automation and drive control systems
- Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and excellent self-organization skills
- Independence, responsibility, and punctuality in task execution
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country and abroad (approx. 75% of working time on business trips)
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Fluent Polish and good English skills for smooth communication in an international environment
- Category B driving license
