We are currently in search of a Pre Commissioning and Commissioning Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This critical position is responsible for overseeing the entire pre-commissioning and commissioning phase of multiple projects, ensuring systems are tested, validated, and operationally ready for handover to clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in alignment with project schedules and objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, procedures, and checklists for efficient execution.
• Act as a primary liaison between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Oversee the testing and validation processes to ensure all systems meet design parameters and performance specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning phase to ensure timely project delivery.
• Compile detailed reports on progress, compliance, and commissioning outcomes for management and stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of safety and quality while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and standards.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and project staff involved in the commissioning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning within the construction, energy, or similar sectors.
• Proven expertise in leading commissioning projects and teams, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• In-depth understanding of commissioning methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements pertinent to the industry.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
