We are looking for a Planning Engineer for one of our clients with the following details:

Start date: ASAP

Contract Duration: 24 months

Location: Abu Dhabi, Dubai

Qualification and Experience required:

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project planning & scheduling, specifically in the sector.
• MP (Project Management Professional) or PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the sector.
• Primavera, Data analysis. Risk Management, understanding of project control processes, earned value management (EVM), and risk management.
• Experience in EPC project planning and cost estimation.

Activities:

• Develop detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6/MS Project) based on tender documents.
• Finalize requirement & Formats of progress / Exception /Statistic Report
• Estimate Project Man-hours, Define work breakdown structures (WBS) and sequencing of project activities.
• Prepare and update Level 3 schedule, assist in preparing technical and commercial bid submissions with planning and scheduling inputs, track historical project data to improve accuracy in future bids
• Prepare and update Engineering Document Delivery Register (EDDR)
• Prepare and update Procurement Status Register (PSR)
• Prepare and update Physical Progress Measurement System (PMS)
• Prepare and update Manpower Histogram
• Prepare and update Progress S-Curve
• Prepare Progress report showing planned & Earned progress
• Prepare Presentation for the Stakeholders
• Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports and dashboards for bid evaluation and progress tracking.
