Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East, urgently looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Infrastructure Dry Utilities - MV/LV/Street Lighting) holding a degree in Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience with the following profile:

1. Well versed in International and Utility standards, etc
2. Having a wide knowledge in developing design of HV, MV, LV, substations, street lighting, etc.
3. Good knowledge in substations (primary and distribution) design.
4. Should have hands on experience in street lighting system.
5. Should be abreast with latest industry trends with various equipment used in power system.
6. Strong communication skills and should be able to interface with other disciplines as well as understanding client requirements and provide quick solutions.
7. in-depth knowledge of various software used in Electrical Engineering like ETAP, PSS Sincal, Dialux, and in addition shall have a good command on MS Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
8. Perform and review all engineering studies such as load flow, short circuit, motor starting, arc flash, harmonic studies,
9. Perform and review all engineering calculations such as earthing calculations, lightning risk assessment, lighting calculations, cable sizing, transformer sizing, generator sizing, switchgear sizing, ac and dc ups and battery sizing.
10. Review and perform calculations and prepare earthing and lightning layout drawings.
11. Review and develop single line diagrams, protection diagrams, schematic diagrams, general arrangement drawings, load schedules, cable schedules, etc.
12. Review and advise on layout drawings such as earthing and lightning layouts, cable routing layouts, cable tray routing layouts, small power and lighting layouts, equipment layouts, etc.
13. Should be able to prepare reports, specifications, data sheet and other construction documents.
