Job Title: Process Engineering Advisor II

Position Overview
We are seeking a Process Safety Advisor to champion and lead process safety excellence across our operations. This role is critical in embedding a strong safety culture through targeted training, field engagement, structured risk assessments, and leadership coaching. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator with deep technical knowledge in process safety.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and promote process safety initiatives across operations.
• Conduct and facilitate risk assessments, HAZOPs, and process safety studies.
• Develop and deliver process safety training programs.
• Perform consequence modeling and other risk analysis activities.
• Provide leadership coaching and support to embed safety culture.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Process Safety Engineering (or equivalent).
• 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in process safety.
• Strong knowledge of the petrochemical industry and regulatory requirements.
