What you will do as a Project Engineering Lead within the Integrated Mission Solutions business area, is to play a leading role in the development and delivery of Mission Data Generator and Mission Analysis tools, associated with Electronic Warfare equipment. Your day-to-day work will blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you the opportunity to influence decisions. In this role, you will:

• Lead core responsibilities that support the team's goals and organisational priorities
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Use your expertise to solve problems, improve processes, and drive innovation
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing solutions

What you'll bring

To excel as a Project Engineering Lead within the organisation, you will bring a strong blend of engineering authority, domain expertise and experience delivering complex projects. You will be comfortable leading multi-disciplinary engineering activity, navigating technical risk, and ensuring solutions meet stringent customer requirements.

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading engineering delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience of Agile Methodologies and DevOps based tools
• Experience of working across the full life cycle
• Deep technical knowledge in relevant engineering domains
• Experience working within Defence standards, regulatory frameworks and assurance processes
• Ability to manage engineering governance, including design reviews, technical baselines and configuration control
• Demonstrated capability in requirements management, traceability and verification/validation activities
• Experience overseeing subcontractors or industry partners to ensure technical alignment and delivery performance
• Familiarity with secure environments, export controls and classified project constraints
