Commissioning Lead (Electrical)


Qualifications*

Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

Knowledge and/or Experience*

 8 years experience with large project in Oil and Gas industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles or oversight of service/vendor personnel.
 Experience with vendors operating in the LNG industry, such as compressors, power generation, control systems, topsides, etc.
 Experiences for managing commissioning execution and performing OTs of all electrical systems such as UPS, normal and emergency power distribution, subsea cable and umbilical and transformers.
 Strong knowledge and experience of electrical systems, including LV and HV systems, power distribution board, control systems, protection relays and subsea power cable.
 Knowledge in compliance with contract requirements including codes and standards, and contract technical specification compliance.
 Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.
 Expert in reading P&IDs, Datasheets, General Arrangement drawings and procedures.
 Experiences for handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors.
 Familiar with LOTO procedures and electrical codes and standards.
 Conversant with ATEX/IEC regulations.
 Experience in start-up support and handover to Operation.
 Experience in offshore environment is a plus
