Join our Planned Maintenance team and play a key role in delivering vital mechanical and gas compliance projects across Bristol's social housing portfolio. You'll manage multiple work streams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.

About the Role
Join our Planned Maintenance team and play a key role in delivering vital mechanical and gas compliance projects across Bristol's social housing portfolio. You'll manage multiple work streams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contracts for mechanical installations and M&E packages, including:
- Communal heating systems
- Gas compliance (including DSEAR assessments)
- Legionella testing
- Renewable heating alternatives
- Drive delivery of planned maintenance programmes to meet ambitious standards.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CDM regulations, and Bristol City Council policies.
- Manage budgets, procurement processes, and contractor relationships.
- Prepare specifications, reports, and contract documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in M&E maintenance, ideally within social housing.
- Strong project management and contract administration skills.
- Recognised engineering qualification (Degree/HNC) or equivalent experience in Gas Safety/building services.
- Knowledge of commercial gas systems and compliance requirements.
- Ability to innovate and improve service delivery.
