Responsibilities

-Be responsible for the planning, engineering, and fabrication work for the relevant system/discipline.
-Prepare documentation and system reviews such as FAT, EFAT, SIT, SURFHAZID, and HAZOP.
-Handle interfaces with relevant systems like Topside, Drilling & Well, Operations, and Subsea Production Systems.
-Follow up with contractors to ensure quality deliverables, managing risks, scope, budget, and schedule.
-Manage the execution of the scope of work, budget, plans, and strategies for your discipline.
-Perform and contribute to concept evaluations and provide input for design basis updates.
-Secure systematic and efficient experience transfer and maintain close contact with the base organization.
-Work will primarily be focused on Subsea Controls and/or Subsea Commissioning & Decommissioning.

Required expertise

-Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in marine technology, subsea technology, cybernetics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
-Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
-3-10 years of relevant experience from operations or projects, including studies and execution.
-Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
-Excellent analytical skills and the ability to prioritize effectively during periods of high workload.
-Proactive approach to continuous improvement and standardization.
-Ability to communicate requirements and provide clear direction to internal and external stakeholders.
-Curious, flexible, and open to new ways of working in a dynamic environment.
-Some offshore work is required.
