What will your role be?

We are looking for a SENIOR ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ENGINEER to perform the following activities:

• Electro-mechanical design and technical supervision
• Support to R&D and new technical proposals
• Contribution to lab and workshop setup
• Participation in technical meetings with suppliers and customers
• Support to integration, installation and testing activities (FAT / iFAT / SAT)
• Training on-the-job activities

Qualifications

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies

• Mechanical Engineering degree
• 15+ years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Engineering
• Strong background in CBRN (civil and military)
• Experience with MilSTD, EMI/EMC, Safety Analysis
• Proven experience in complex system integration and testing

Soft skills:

• Problem-solving and stress management skills.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Languages:

• Italian (Fluent)
• English (fluent, oral and written)
