Responsibilities
- Review and implement QA/QC plans, procedures, and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) related to C&I works.
- Inspect Control & Instrumentation installations including panels, cabling, instruments, control systems, and field devices.
- Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Witness inspections, testing, calibration, and commissioning activities for C&I systems.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Prepare and review QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, test records, and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and clients during inspections and audits.
- Ensure all quality activities are completed within project timelines.

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Control Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in Control & Instrumentation (C&I) projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and inspection methods for C&I works.
- Experience with calibration, loop checking, FAT/SAT, and commissioning activities is an advantage.
- Familiar with international codes and standards relevant to C&I systems.
- Good documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
