What you'll do
- Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel's Project Management Framework
- Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects, within the European region
- Drive all project phases - from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start-up, hand-over and project closure, including lessons learned
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists to secure best-in-class technical solutions
- Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group to strengthen sustainability knowledge and capabilities
- Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Engineering, preferably in CAPEX investment projects within an industrial environment
- Strong project management skills, including experience with relevant tools and methodologies
- High degree of self-motivation, autonomy, and flexibility in a dynamic international environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels and functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, CAD applications
- Fluent English skills
