SWISS KRONO is advancing its journey to enhance the maturity of its global IT organization. Atlassian applications are a key enabler, driving collaboration with business stakeholders, streamlining processes, and delivering comprehensive insights into our IT landscape. In this role, you will provide expert consultancy for our Atlassian environment and actively contribute to both operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ITSM processes within Jira Service Management, Jira Core & Assets (Cloud).
  • Develop workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reports tailored to business needs.
  • Build and deploy Rovo-based features.
  • Administer and maintain Jira and Confluence instances, ensuring performance, user experience, and scalability.
  • Support teams in adopting Jira and Confluence for project management and knowledge sharing.
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and integrations with other systems.
  • Provide training and best practices to stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Atlassian ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience implementing ITSM processes.
  • Proven experience as a Jira and Confluence Administrator.
  • Degree in Business, Computer Science or Business information technology or comparable experience.
  • Experience with processes in multinational companies is a plus.
  • English (B2 or higher), German/Polish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
