Head of Commissioning (Buildings/HVAC)

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of EPC Contractor delivery of NFS LNGProject HVAC & Buildings Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning, including HSE,documentation, planning, scheduling, subcontracting, systemization,completions database population, electrical activity execution, witnessing,completions records, audits and reporting. Ensures coordination betweenrelevant stakeholders, including other disciplines. Provides leadership,technical oversight, troubleshooting expertise and clear guidance to the EPCcontractor. Facilitates interfaces and resolution of issues to meet projectobjectives and milestones.

Bachelor’sdegreeinappliedsciencesorengineering.

• 10 years’ experience in EPC projects within HVAC & Buildings disciplinesduring detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioningphases, including 8 years design experience as a Lead HVAC Engineer and2 years commissioning experience of HVAC systems, associated controls,chilled water and refrigeration equipment, oversight of service/vendorpersonnel.
• HVAC experience of industrial building design including:
o Electrical Substations and Battery Rooms,
o Instrumentation & Control Rooms,
o Office & Administration Buildings,o Warehouses, Utilities and Storage Buildings,
• Refrigeration design experience an advantage.
• Experience in large Oil & Gas Facilities, Lump Sum EPC
• Experience in large HVAC design projects in Middle East environment anadvantage
• Experience working in in a major LNG project environment within the Oil& Gas industry and having a broad knowledge of engineering executionincluding design standards, specifications, codes, safety criteria, cybersecurity requirements, construction and operations.
