Responsibilities

-Oversee instrument design and provide ongoing follow-up.
-Serve as the technical authority for vendor packages.
-Design, review, and monitor vendor deliveries to ensure compliance.
-Provide input for and track the system design of equipment packages.
-Perform discipline checks on technical drawings and documents.
-Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and vendor surveys.
-Produce comprehensive engineering work packages.
-Manage multi-discipline interfaces, collaborate with the site team, and conduct site surveys.
-Actively participate in technical reviews and project meetings.

Required expertise

-Bachelor's degree or a diploma from a Technical College in a relevant engineering field.
-A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience from large-scale modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
-Demonstrated experience as the technical lead for vendor packages.
-Familiarity with the requirements of major operators on the NCS.
-Experience conducting offshore surveys.
-Must hold valid FSE, EX, offshore, and health certificates.
-Strong multi-disciplinary understanding and a cooperative, team-oriented attitude.
-A systematic, accurate, and efficient approach to work.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
