This role open for Chinese Expatriate to be based in Indonesia.

• Roster Schedule: FIFO rotation, 4 weeks on / 2 weeks off, site-based.
• Languages: Native Mandarin proficiency and fluent English.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of management experience in developing greenfield tailings storage facilities and bulk earthworks projects, particularly in challenging climates and terrain.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (advanced qualifications are an advantage).
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and engage effectively with stakeholders. Direct leadership experience in large-scale tailings storage facility development is essential.
• Project Management: Strong track record in managing project schedules, budgets, and risk management systems.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of civil design, earthworks operations, heavy equipment utilization, and construction best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, adapt to dynamic environments, and resolve complex challenges independently.

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of greenfield tailings storage facilities and bulk earthworks projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and risk management frameworks to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, environmental regulations, and safety requirements.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction methodologies and project execution.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Mentor and develop team members to build organizational capability and technical excellence.
