Location: La Prairie, QC
Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible hours with starting time 7am-9am // Possible travel for training or customer visits. Candidates must be able to travel between US and Canada
Essential Responsibilities
· Record customer complaints, analyze problems, obtain additional information from the customer, search the documentation / experience for possible solutions, propose a valid and applicable solution.
· Present to internal and external customers the documentation necessary for the operation and maintenance of the devices. Provide additional information as needed.
· Write diagnostic, assembly and disassembly procedures.
· Respond to technical questions raised by inside sales staff, contract administrators or from a client of the latter.
· Provide technical assistance during the drafting of submissions.
· Analyze, research, propose solutions to problems concerning the discontinued products. Test and industrialize the solution.
· Help materialize business opportunities.
· Check and approve the site reports of our technicians
· Carry out electrical and occasionally mechanical drawings.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering / or technical industrial engineering
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
· Knowledge of electrical networks
· Knowledge of drawing software AutoCAD
· knowledge of office software (MS Office Suite)
· Fluency in French and English
Desired Characteristics
· Be able to read and design electrical and mechanical plans
· Experience in Project Management is an asset
· Have good skills in interacting and communicating with customers and staff
· Ease of presenting information to an audience.
· Analytical skills, leadership
