On behalf of a global EPC company, we am looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to be based in Warsaw, Poland.

It is a staff role working on a large scale nuclear project.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Engineering team and the Designers.
- Properly interpret and apply codes & standards (US, IEC, Polish) and customer design requirements, for the preparation of electrical design documents, specifications, material requisitions and system descriptions related to design tasks.

Requirements:
- 10 years post graduate experience
- 8 years experience in Power Generation, ideally Nuclear
- Experience leading teams in complex environments
- Right to work in the EU.
