Responsibilities:

1Leading the team of Engineers and designers for major projects, Coordinate with

another Operating centres / Client. Execute the project within budgeted hours,

meeting the project Schedule with quality and Industry standards. Vendor drawings

review, coordination with subcontractors

2 Working on proposals, Manhour estimation, Resources planning to meet the

Schedule and presentation about the project to Management

3 A wide range of experience of project phases from feasibility, conceptual, FEED

to EPC and PMC is preferred.

Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

1 Graduate Engineer + master's degree preferable - Experience ( Above 20 years)

minimum of 12 years related experience.

2 Should have sound knowledge in the analysis and design of Jacket/FPSO topsides.

Capable to independently perform and guide Jacket/Topside structures In-Service

and Pre-Service analyses: In place, Pushover, Fatigue, Loadout, Lift,

Transportation, Jack up, Float over, etc.

3 Software exposure in SACS & GRL WEAP, SESAM and Review of 3D model

by Navisworks.

4 Problem solving and decision making, Site experience that is preferred.

5 Good Communication Skills, Enthusiasm to learn new concepts and Adaptability

to relocate to different centres / countries.
