Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Iconic, Interchange & Special Stations Civil Engineer with extensive experience in delivering large and complex metro station projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the full project lifecycle-from foundation works to final finishing-and a proven background on iconic, interchange, and special design stations.

Your role

Full Civil Engineering Scope (Foundation to Finishing)

• Oversee foundation works, including deep foundations, piling, diaphragm walls, raft foundations, and ground improvement.
• Supervise substructure and superstructure construction including retaining structures, concourse levels, platform levels, and station buildings.
• Manage architectural finishing works, such as internal fit-outs, flooring, cladding, MEP coordination with civil works, ceiling works, and passenger-facing finishes.
• Ensure all finishing works align with architectural intent and metro authority standards

Station-Specific Expertise

• Provide expert guidance on civil works for: Large stations, Iconic stations, Interchange stations, Special stations with complex geometry or features
• Review and evaluate civil/architectural drawings, specifications, construction details, and interfaces unique to complex stations.

Construction & Site Oversight

• Conduct thorough site inspections to verify compliance, quality, and safety.
• Monitor progress of civil works across all stages-from early works to final finishes.
• Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors to resolve site issues related to foundations, structural works, and finishing scope.
• Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals for foundation, structural, and finishing works.
• Ensure proper sequencing and interface management between civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
