Technical Coordinator
Location: Doha, Qatar (Onshore)
Estimated Start Date: March 2026
Contract Term: 36 months (with possibility of extension)
Working Schedule: 8-10 hours/day, 6 days/week, 26 days/month
Leave Rotation:
- Single: 12 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Married: Residential
An established engineering organisation is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support project quality and coordination activities for onshore and offshore operations in Qatar. This role will involve working closely with quality teams and project departments to ensure smooth execution, accurate reporting, and effective communication across disciplines.
Role overview
The Technical Coordinator will provide administrative and technical support to quality teams, coordinate meetings, track project actions, and assist with reporting. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Quality Manager and quality team in daily activities
- Coordinate and organise meetings, capture action plans, and follow up to ensure completion
- Assist in drafting project-specific correspondence and documentation
- Support site staff mobilisation plans and liaise with business teams to ensure coverage
- Collect information for weekly and monthly quality reporting
- Organise business travel for the quality team in compliance with company requirements
- Maintain quality and information tracking registers (NCR, CAR, etc.)
- Support audit processes and ensure data accuracy
- Demonstrate visible HSE leadership and ensure availability of required PPE
Required qualifications and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 years of study)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams on both onshore and offshore facilities
- Experience in project execution coordination is preferred
- International project experience, particularly in Qatar or the Middle East, is a plus

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
