Role Overview Our Client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of engineering design packages for a major mission-critical data centre programme in the Paris area. 

This position will manage cross‑disciplinary engineering teams, interface directly with the client, and oversee full project lifecycle delivery within the 12‑month contract period.
Fluency in English and French is essential to support effective coordination across local site teams and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of engineering and design workstreams for mission‑critical data centre projects.
• Develop and maintain schedules, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams (MEP, CFD, electrical modelling, BIM/Revit).
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all design packages.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary project interface for the Paris site.
• Conduct progress meetings, design reviews, and technical workshops.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with local French site personnel and global client representatives.

Technical Coordination

• Oversee integration of CFD simulation, HV/LV network analysis, and BIM/Revit design outputs into overall project engineering.
• Review technical submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Drive design quality assurance and alignment across all technical disciplines.

Commercial & Administrative Oversight

• Manage project scope, change control, and cost impacts throughout the contract period.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing cycles, and resource planning.
• Maintain project documentation and adherence to QA/ISO standards.

Skills & Experience Required Essential

• Proven Project Management experience within mission-critical, data centre, high‑tech, or complex engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP design and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Exposure to CFD modelling, electrical network analysis, or BIM/Revit workflows.
• Fluent English and French (both written and verbal).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing schedules, risks, budgets, and deliverables.

Desirable

• Experience on European hyperscale or colocation data centre developments.
• Familiarity with resilience design principles (redundancy, cooling strategies, HV/LV distribution).
• Project management certifications (PMP, Prince2, APM).
• Ability to work in fast-paced technical environments with multiple parallel workstreams.
