Construction Superintendent (Scaffolding)

Rotations : 12 weeks on/ 2 weeks off (unpaid)
Duration of Contract - 3 years and extendable.

• Provide front line safety and technical leadership. Ensuring safe effectiveand efficient execution of scaffolding activities in accordance with theproject schedule and compliance to safety, quality and technical policiesprocedures and standards.
• Providing technical support to all company functional teams within anassigned construction division and geographical area. Provide technicalguidance to assure Contractor compliance during planning and executionscaffolding operations.

• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering
• Discipline recognised industry trade qualifications e.g., NVQ/City&Guilds, NACE, CITB/CISRS etc certifications issued by InternationallyRecognized bodies
• Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering

• 8 Years Experience with Large Projects in Construction RelatedDisciplines (E.G., Construction, Installation, Fabrication, Execution,Completion, Hook-Up, Etc.) In The Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 Yearof Experience in A Supervisory Role, Including Acting Roles, OrOversight of Service/Vendor Personnel.
• Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, servicecompanies, or heavy construction companies.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriatesafety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation,brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.
• Knowledge of onshore facilities, or yard operations as applicable to aproject scope.
• Knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gasand LNG production facilities.
• Experience working in large scale operating organizations inOperations, Projects, Subsurface, etc.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in scaffolding operation in onshoreGreenfield environment.
• Demonstrates sound written and verbal communication skills andorganizational skills
