Conocimientos:

• Conocimiento en optimización de tiempos de ciclo para centros de maquinado y tornos.
• Conocimiento en SMED para reducir tiempos de setup mediante definición de estándar, herramientas correctas, dispositivos de cambio rápido, etc.
• Conocimiento en tolerancias Geométricas/GD&T
• Experiencia en uso de softwares para respaldar setup
• Proyectos de incremento de output mediante automatización de procesos
• Conocimiento en sistema ISO-9001-218
• Elaboración de procedimientos relacionados a ingeniería de procesos

Experiencia:

• Máquinas de centros de maquinados (Torno, CNC, fresadora, taladros, mesas rotativas etc) herramientas que se utilizan en cada equipo
• Tolerancias Geométricas
• Automatización de procesos
• Software de CNC, Pulsadores para datos de OEE
• AutoCAD, solid works
• Programas - MasterCam y CamWorks
• Ingles intermedio - Capaza de sostener una conversación fluida

Experiencia requerida:

5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de procesos del ramo metal mecánica.
