Your Role and Responsibilities

• New Product Electrical Design

• Simulation Analysis & Modeling

• Product Optimization & Innovation

• Technical Support & Problem-Solving

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electric Machines, Automation, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical design experience in motors/generators or related power equipment. Experience with full-cycle development of large-scale industrial equipment is preferred.
• Proficient in electromagnetic and thermal simulation software (e.g., ANSYS Maxwell, MotorCAD) with the ability to independently model, simulate, analyze, and optimize.
• Familiar with international motor design standards (e.g., IEC, NEMA) and product development processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex engineering challenges, with the ability to lead technical investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, capable of effective cross-cultural technical collaboration and communication.
