Job Description Summary

Join us as a Lead Manufacturing Engineer and help shape how we build the electrical power products that keep Civil and Military aircraft flying.

In this role you'll define, develop, and improve the way we make our power products, setting up smart, lean production cells with clear flow, FOD prevention, and ESD-safe layouts where needed.
You'll be the technical owner of how work gets done-writing and maintaining clear, compliant work instructions, routings, and standard work, and updating them when designs change. You'll design and validate fixtures and test setups so our builds are repeatable, traceable, and right the first time. Safety is central: you'll ensure our processes follow EHS policies, FOD/ESD controls, and proper handling of aerospace materials.

You'll lead improvement projects that cut scrap and rework and support design-to-cost-always protecting airworthiness and compliance. When issues arise, you'll be the go-to person: investigate problems that could impact flight safety, reliability, or certification, apply solid problem-solving and process control, and support audits.
You'll also coach and train the Power team on new and existing processes, good documentation habits, and the quality and airworthiness impact of their work-helping us deliver safer, higher-quality products, on time, at lower cost.
