This Position reports to:
Service Team Leader

Do you want a varied and free job in a real future industry? Have you previously worked as a service technician and support or similar and want to further develop in service and maintenance? Then you should apply for this job where you will help strengthen our service team!

In the factories of our customers, we work with repairing and maintaining various types of instruments that measure and test the quality of paper and pulp.

Whether it is the strength, structure, stiffness, thickness, brightness, color - or any of the many properties that affect how raw materials are transformed into exactly the product a consumer wants - ABB's Lorentzen & Wettre product line performs the measurements needed to ensure that the paper product meets customer expectations.

Your responsibilities:

• You provide support and service to our customers through phone, email, and visits to our customers.
• You share ABB's core values of safety and integrity, which means you take responsibility for your own actions while feeling responsible for your colleagues and the business.

Your background:

• We believe that you have at least a college education in a relevant field.
• You have experience as, for example, an electrician, application technician, or equivalent.
• You can read both mechanical and electrical drawings.
• You are proficient in both English Dutch, both spoken and written.
• As a person, you are social, responsible, meticulous, and structured.
• You are good at coordinating and documenting.
• You have a good sense of humor and an open and empathetic attitude towards customers and colleagues.
