This position will be a leader in the global quality organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that our established quality processes are being followed globally. Additionally, this position will be continually looking for opportunities to improve our processes through audits, deep dives into customer issues, and process improvement projects.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support Quality Program efforts through hosting external audits; collecting, analyzing, and acting on quality data; supporting root cause (8D) investigations; and presenting Quality Training.
• Quality Representative for New Product Development reviews
• Facilitating the Class III Product Audits
• Coordinating and leading root cause analysis of breakdowns in quality processes that lead to significant scrap, rework, or warranty claims.
• Escalate tasks as necessary to improve customer satisfaction related to issue resolution.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop global training modules that drive global initiative of Same Parts, Same Products, Anywhere in the World
• Assist global quality team with internal and OpEx audits

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of experience as a practicing quality professional.
• Minimum of two years of experience within industrial manufacturing.
• Experience utilizing formal root cause analysis skills and project management skills for coordinating activities for complex investigations.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Two years of experience within Flow Controls Business Unit.
• Knowledge of other business unit processes, systems, standards and practices relevant to the requirements of the Quality Management System.
