Role overview As a QA/QC Auditor, you play a key role in strengthening quality, compliance, and governance across a technically complex organization. This position combines elements of internal audit, operational excellence, and advisory work. You collaborate closely with both management and operational teams to ensure that quality systems are robust, practical, and aligned with business objectives.

This position combines elements of internal audit, operational excellence, and advisory work. You collaborate closely with both management and operational teams to ensure that quality systems are robust, practical, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and perform technical and process audits
- Review internal controls, procedures, and compliance mechanisms for effectiveness
- Identify risks related to project execution, asset integrity, and operational processes
- Translate audit findings into clear, actionable improvement recommendations
- Support management in optimizing processes such as procurement, maintenance, logistics, and contract management
- Contribute to improved data quality, reporting accuracy, and system integrity
- Advise on governance, compliance, and alignment with ISO and internal standards
- Present audit outcomes and insights to senior stakeholders
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and improvement initiatives
- Maintain close interaction with project, site, and offshore teams when required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline
- Approximately 5–10 years of experience in internal audit, quality, or process improvement roles
- Background in energy, offshore, industrial, or project-based environments is preferred
- Familiarity with project execution processes is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of quality management and internal control frameworks (e.g. ISO standards)
- Experience with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Ability to analyze operational and technical data and translate it into insights
- Strong reporting, presentation, and communication skills
- High level of integrity and professional independence
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable engaging with both operational teams and senior management
- Able to balance compliance requirements with operational realities
- Proactive and hands-on, with willingness to visit project or offshore locations
