• Analyzing and optimizing production flows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identifying and implementing solutions to reduce waste in the supply chain.
• Applying lean production methodologies to achieve measurable improvements in key production factors.
• Actively contributing to business projects, delivering immediate value to the company.

Requirements

• Proactive candidates, ready to work in a team and actively contribute to the success of the facility.
• Master degree in electric/electronical engineering
• Strong analytical skills and a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent teamwork abilities.
• Practical, results-driven approach, with the ability to overcome obstacles and turn ideas into reality
• Good knowledge of english language
