About the Role
Are you passionate about innovation, automation, and building seamless collaboration platforms? Join our agile Collaboration Services team as an experienced and forward-thinking M365 + IAM Engineer/Developer. You will be responsible for delivering a secure, efficient, and scalable M365, Active Directory, and Entra ID environment. As part of a dynamic DevOps team, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, from development and continuous improvement to operational support and automation-enabling colleagues to be productive and independent.

Key Responsibilities
- Engineer, configure, and optimize M365, Entra ID, and Active Directory environments for secure, scalable, and reliable services.
- Design and implement event-based integrations with systems like ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and enterprise identity platforms.
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Graph API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Develop innovative solutions using Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint) while ensuring security and compliance.
- Support and manage hybrid identity configurations between Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Implement advanced development practices such as Infrastructure as Code and GitOps.
- Use GitHub Actions for version control, repository management, and deployment.
- Apply DevOps principles to deliver and improve Collaboration and IAM platforms.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience or strong knowledge in:
- M365 technologies (including Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Purview)
- Entra ID & Active Directory (Conditional Access, Group Policies, MFA configuration)
- Event-based integrations with enterprise systems (ServiceNow, SuccessFactors)
- Scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Azure Functions & Logic Apps
- Graph API and PnP (Patterns and Practices)
- Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, GitHub Actions, DevOps
- Event-driven architectures (PubSub, streaming)
- Problem-solving skills with an automation-first mindset
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a continuous learning approach
- Strong communication skills; ability to balance user experience with compliance and security

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Purview and PnP (Patterns and Practices)
