We are looking for Electrical Engineers! As a growing company, we provide engineering support to our clients and also work on in-house design projects. We are currently looking for skilled engineers for several upcoming projects in the shipbuilding industry.

As an Electrical Engineer in the world of luxury yacht building, you will work on some of the most exclusive and technically advanced vessels ever built. You will be responsible for designing, integrating and optimizing electrical systems that combine innovation, functionality and high-end craftsmanship.

Depending on your background and interests, you may be involved in areas such as:

• Power generation, distribution, and energy storage (BESS)
• Automation and control systems
• Lighting, entertainment, and comfort systems
• Navigation and communication systems (NavCom)

In your role you collaborate closely with designers, engineers and shipyards to bring sophisticated electrical solutions to life, ensuring seamless performance at sea.

Your Responsibilities

• Design, integrate and test electrical systems on board luxury yachts
• Create and maintain cable lists, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation (EPLAN, AutoCAD)
• Support cross-disciplinary integration with mechanical, automation and interior design teams
• Review supplier documentation and technical specifications
• Participate in Factory, Harbor and Sea Acceptance Tests (FAT, HAT, SAT)
• Identify and resolve integration or interface issues between systems
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement across projects

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field (HBO level)
• A few years of experience in marine engineering, yacht building, offshore or a comparable high-tech environment
• Experienced in tools such as EPLAN / ETAP / AutoCAD / CADMATIC / Teamcenter
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a big advantage)
• A proactive, precise and collaborative mindset
