In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Installation and performance verification of semiconductor/bio/Marine manufacturing equipment
    On-site setup and troubleshooting support
    Collaboration with customers and support for technical documentation
  • Execute and manage key service order processes to help achieve revenue goals.
  • Input and manage customer data in the CRM system.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for greater service efficiency.
  • Support team members during customer site visits, including inspections, equipment repairs, and replacement of consumables.

  • You are responsible for sales, fulfilling customer needs, and promoting the company's image and products.

  • Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

  • Situational adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Materials, New Materials, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience (preferred: Field Service Engineer or equipment engineer background)
  • Candidates with experience in semiconductor equipment installation and maintenance are welcome
  • Basic English proficiency required (ability to participate in overseas training programs)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and effective communication abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working for a global semiconductor/marine equipment manufacturer
  • CAD Experience
