Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled WS Field Engineer - WIT to join our team in Awjilah. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. The Field Engineer will execute service delivery operations, identify opportunities to improve performance, implement standard work practices, and manage operational risks while ensuring high levels of service quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute service delivery to customers and ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs
• Assist Design and Technical Engineers with implementing technical programs and bid activities
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards through the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and implement action plans to improve performance
• Participate in HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) and Quality initiatives
• Wear appropriate PPE and strictly follow HSE policies
• Maintain required safety training and certifications
• Provide backup support to Job Delivery Leads and PSD Managers as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field)
• Experience or strong exposure to field operations and service delivery
• Good understanding of engineering processes, safety, and compliance standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in field-based operational environments
