About us:
Division 4 provides technical, infrastructural, commercial and construction services and ensures the smooth operation of buildings at the University and Jade University. A total area of 180,000 m² NF1-6 is operated with highly installed technical systems.

Your tasks:

• Realisation of construction measures for electrical installations:
• Project leader and coordination of construction-related parties and users, in some cases with client responsibility
• Building maintenance: Planning and implementation of building maintenance measures: Modernisation measures for electrotechnical facilities and switchgear with regard to adapting to current requirements to ensure the operation of technical facilities at highly installed properties, refurbishment measures to improve safety and efficiency
• Technical support and user representation for the university in major construction projects carried out by the state construction management (e.g. expansion of the medical centre and new research buildings)
• Project support for the "Academic Green IT Alliance" joint project to improve energy efficiency in the operation of information infrastructure and the Data Centre

Your profile:
Required / recruitment requirements

• University degree in the field of electrical engineering / power engineering as B. Eng. or Dipl.-Ing. (FH)
• Knowledge of standard CAD applications for technical drawings and building construction
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills, good teamwork and co-operation skills as well as reliability and ability to work under pressure

Advantageous are

• Class B driving licence desirable
• Knowledge of HOAI (contract review and awarding contracts to freelancers)
