On behalf of an anonymous client within the energy and industrial sector, we are seeking an experienced Instrument / Senior Engineer for a long-term assignment in Asker. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a large international environment, contributing to studies and FEED-phase projects involving new module developments and brownfield modifications on offshore installations or within offshore wind.

Responsibilities:

• Develop field instrumentation and metering solutions and requirements for FEED-phase projects.
• Prepare philosophies and technical solutions to the required level of detail.
• Develop strategies, philosophies, and design concepts for measurement solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications and documentation for ITT packages.
• Participate in and arrange discipline-related meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.

  • Ex course (renewed every 5 years)
  • Valid FSE course

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in field instrumentation design, measurement solutions, and related principles.
• Experience from onshore or offshore greenfield projects, including design responsibilities and involvement in reviews.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and metering design according to key standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, ISO, and IEC.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Technical College Diploma in a relevant discipline.
